Group Fitness Training

Group classes can be created in 45-, 60- or 90-minute time increments.  All are structured around a standard group fitness class framework.  There is a 5 person minimum required and prices vary depending on the need for facility space and equipment rental.

* The location of Group Fitness is flexible and based on the client's or groups needs and requests.  Typical sessions may be done at your local membership gym (pending gym restrictions) or at other various gyms or facilities throughout Manhattan offering space rental.

Kettlebell Training
is an instruction and practice. In a kettlebell class you will get very detailed and thorough instruction on how to execute traditional kettlebell techniques safely and effectively while having a total body experience. Kettlebell training combines the benefits of both strength and conditioning that will give you a heart-pumping workout.


VIPR
training provides a whole-body workout that blends both strength training and functional movement training.  The VIPR is a rubber cylinder tube ranging in sizes from 4-20kg.  A VIPR workout provides the same function as a range of workout tools such as dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells all with the use of one piece of equipment.


Pilates Mat
takes the traditional Pilates mat-work repertoire into a classroom setting. Classes are suited for the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. Pilates programming is designed to provide the body with optimal musculoskeletal performance including strength, flexibility and endurance. The focus of each workout is to restore the natural curves of the spine by improving core strength, joint stability and range-of-motion resulting in a balanced body.


Bootcamp
is a no-nonsense, high impact class that incorporates calisthenics with high intensity cardiovascular intervals. Bootcamp is sure to get your heart pumping and work your body from head to toe!


Cross Training
blends traditional weight training with cardiovascular system development exercises to create a total body workout that is designed to increase your strength and endurance, build lean muscle mass and shed body fat.


TRX Suspension Training
was designed by the U.S. Navy SEALS and Fitness Anywhere®, Suspension Training®. TRX Training uses a portable piece of equipment(TRX® Suspension Trainer™), to provide a workout that involves leveraged bodyweight exercise. TRX classes allow for a group to perform a range of exercises that build power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility, and prevent injuries, all at an individual intensity.


Customized Classes
can be designed at the client's request within my realm of expertise. Together we can work to develop a class format that covers a range of training modalities, customized levels and time frame.
